Recruitment Plan

For most clinical trials, patient recruitment follows this process:

1. Recruitment effort by which the research team informs the community of the clinical trial



2. Initial patient eligibility screening on the phone or at the study site



3. Obtaining informed consent



4. More detailed eligibility screening at the study site



5. Patient registration



6. Administering the protocol
